international partnership with Frank Van Zelst in order to combine local

specific needs. Frank Van Zelst has over 26 years experience in international
consulting. He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as their head of Global
Real Estate and Eurofirm Financial Services Tax practices until mid 2006 and is now
independent consultant. In our experience, once the contact between you and us is established
by mail or telephone, it is most efficient if we first meet at your place in
order to fully understand your way of living and working, your investment
purposes. Subsequent meetings can take place in our office, few minutes walk
from Champs Elysιes in Paris. We normally work with a 3 months exclusive « search and
buy » transparent mandate which
details our mutual commitment: expected work, deliverables and corresponding
compensation. Our compensation consists of a retainer and a success fee, plus
VAT applicable and out of pocket expenses
reasonably incurred and pre agreed. Our work starts as soon as the contract
is signed and the retainer paid. Throughout the mandate we directly report
back to you on our progress and provide you with a clear report and
recommendations on our findings. If and when required, we can provide you with additional services
either directly or thru carefully selected partnerships: financing,
refurbishment, decoration, equipment and furniture, letting, asset management
on a day to day basis
