professionnelle personnalisée pour la recherche d’opportunités, la
négociation avec ou sans intermédiaire, les démarches administratives et ce,
jusqu’à l’acte authentique chez le notaire. Vous savez peut être dans quel type de propriété
vous souhaitez acheter, que ce soit pour votre propre utilisation ou pour
investir, mais vous n'avez pas le temps et/ou l'expertise de le
trouver ; Vous ne savez pas exactement ce que vous cherchez mais vous

pour PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) comme responsable
des services immobiliers et fiscaux jusqu'en 2006, et est depuis consultant
indépendant. Après notre premier contact par courrier
électronique ou par téléphone, nous nous rencontrerons pour comprendre vos
besoins et vos objectifs d'investissement. Des réunions complémentaires
pourront avoir lieu dans nos bureaux, tout près Champs Élysées à Paris. Nous travaillons sur la base d’un mandat exclusif
de recherche. Notre rémunération est composée d’une partie fixe et d’une
partie variable. Les frais professionnels étant remboursés en sus. Notre
collaboration démarre dès la signature du contrat et le versement d’une
provision d’honoraires. Tout au long du mandat nous vous tenons régulièrement
informés de l’avancement de nos recherches et vous conseillons en
conséquence. Nous pouvons vous fournir également des services
supplémentaires à travers des partenariats soigneusement choisis :
financement, rénovation, décoration, ameublement, gestion locative… C’est pourquoi vous recherchez un conseiller
immobilier qui connait le marché local et vos besoins et qui est totalement
engagé à trouver le bien que vous recherchez aux meilleures conditions du
marché, à défendre vos intérêts, comme s’il agissait pour son propre

to make your choice. That's why you are looking for a property adviser who

to your specific needs. Frank Van Zelst has over
26 years experience in international consulting. He
worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as their head of Global Real Estate
and Eurofirm Financial Services Tax practices until mid
2006 and is now independent consultant. In our experience, once the contact between you
and us is established by mail or telephone, it is most efficient if we first
meet at your place in order to fully understand your way of living and
working, your investment purposes. Subsequent meetings can take place in our
office, few minutes walk from Champs Elysées in Paris. We normally work with a 3 months exclusive
« search and buy » transparent mandate which details
our mutual commitment: expected work, deliverables and corresponding
compensation. Our compensation consists of a retainer and a success fee, plus
VAT applicable
and out of pocket expenses reasonably incurred and pre agreed. Our work
starts as soon as the contract is signed and the retainer paid. Throughout
the mandate we directly report back to you on our progress and provide you
with a clear report and recommendations on our findings. If and when required, we can provide you with
additional services either directly or thru carefully selected partnerships:
financing, refurbishment, decoration, equipment and furniture, letting, asset
management on a day to day basis… |
